How to Access Your New “My Data Driven” Account (for existing Jeffalytics students)

Good news! We’ve moved and consolidated the delivery of our PPC, Analytics, and Agency courses onto our new platform called My Data Driven. Your previous purchases have been transferred to the new site and your courses are available on our new platform, which is hosted at https://my.datadrivenu.com/

We have already created an account on your behalf on My Data Driven, and you can access all the courses and downloads you’ve purchased from Jeffalytics within your account when you log in to My Data Driven. 

How To Access Your Account on Data Driven

Your new username and password for My Data Driven will be based on your purchase details (specifically your email address) from our PPC, Analytics, and Agency Course websites. 

Your username and password details for the new platform will be different from your account/s on the old course websites. To access your new account and reset your password, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the My Data Driven Login page 
  2. To reset your password, click on Forgot Your Password. Enter the email address you used to purchase your course (and NOT your old username)
  3. You should receive an email in your inbox with a link to set your new password

FAQs

What if I’ve used multiple different email accounts for each of the old course websites? 

Send us a support ticket and let us know which email addresses were used on which course websites. Tell us the preferred email address you would like to use moving forward in the ticket. We’ll then consolidate your accounts so you can access all your courses under one account using your preferred email address. 

What if I can’t remember which emails I used to sign up for the course(s)?

Start by digging through your inboxes for emails from Jeff Sauer (specifically support@ppccourse.com, support@analyticscourse.net, and support@agencycourse.com). 

We send out a receipt email for each purchase. If you are still having trouble, please, send us a support ticket and share with us some possible email addresses that you could have used and we will help track down your account. 

Can I change my password? 

If you know which username or email address you used to create your account, you can visit this page https://my.datadrivenu.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword to reset your password. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

Can I change my username?

Unfortunately, we don't have an easy way to change usernames. If you have a specific need for your username, please explain in a support ticket.

Can I change my email address (for email notifications)?

We will gladly take care of this for you. Please submit a support ticket and include your existing email address and your new email address. Send us a support ticket.

Will my notes from your old course sites be migrated over to Data Driven?

No, we do not have the ability to migrate your course notes to the new site. If you would like to save your notes, you can download the notes in .pdf or .doc formats. Go to the notes area ( PPC Course notes area or Analytics Course notes area), and click on the download icons.

Will my course progress be migrated over to Data Driven?

If you would like your course progress to be migrated over, please send us a support ticket to request for it.

Some of my courses are missing from my account. Help!

This is very likely due to signing up for the courses with different email addresses, which will result in multiple accounts created. Send us a support ticket and let us know what’s missing from your account.

PPC Course v. Google Ads Certification Course: Are they the same thing?

The Google Ads Certification Course is the same course as PPC Course 2.0, but on our new platform - Data Driven. 

The course matches the new Google Ads interface, with all videos updated in September 2018.

We have migrated all our courses to my.datadrivenu.com and will eventually stop delivering the lessons from PPCCourse.com.

Analytics Course v. Google Analytics Certification Course: Are they the same thing?

The Google Analytics Certification Course is the same course as Analytics Course, but on our new platform - Data Driven. 

The course matches the Google Analytics interface, with all videos updated in September 2018.
